Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLU7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,947 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLU7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA 3'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with SLU7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLU7-to-partner and partner-to-SLU7 results are reported.
