SLTM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLTM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 262 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPE4, DMRTC1B, and SAMM50. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXPE4 grouped by SLTM-low versus SLTM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
