Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, OR4H12P, and POLR2L. Each is linked with SLPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLPI-to-partner and partner-to-SLPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by SLPI-low versus SLPI-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
