SLN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,781 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPN1, ITIH4, and APOM. Each is linked with SLN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLN-to-partner and partner-to-SLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLN versus CPN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
