Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS14P5, HOXD12, and MIR6803. Each is linked with SLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLN-to-partner and partner-to-SLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS14P5 grouped by SLN-low versus SLN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
