Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 780 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ATPase-coupled calcium transmembrane transporter activity, Negative regulation of calcium ion import into sarcoplasmic reticulum, and Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration. Each is linked with SLN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLN-to-partner and partner-to-SLN results are reported.
