SLMAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLMAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,123 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLMAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTGR1, TRIP6, and CDCP1. Each is linked with SLMAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLMAP-to-partner and partner-to-SLMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLMAP versus PTGR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
