Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLMAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,173 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLMAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Regulation of Fc receptor mediated stimulatory signaling pathway, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with SLMAP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLMAP-to-partner and partner-to-SLMAP results are reported.
