SLMAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLMAP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,573 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLMAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIA3, PTCHD1, and DDX39B. Each is linked with SLMAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLMAP-to-partner and partner-to-SLMAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIA3 grouped by SLMAP-low versus SLMAP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLMAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLMAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
