SLITRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC20A, KNG1, and OR6C70. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC20A grouped by SLITRK4-low versus SLITRK4-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
