SLITRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, PARVA, and MSRB3. Each is linked with SLITRK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK3-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK3 versus TIMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
