SLITRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAP1, DVL2, and KIF15. Each is linked with SLITRK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK3-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BAP1 grouped by SLITRK3-low versus SLITRK3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
