Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLITRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SLITRK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK3-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SLITRK3-low versus SLITRK3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
