Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,078 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDST3, HOXD13, and POU3F2. Each is linked with SLITRK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK3-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK3 results are reported.
