SLITRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP2, TAAR8, and DUSP21. Each is linked with SLITRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK1-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 grouped by SLITRK1-low versus SLITRK1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
