SLIT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,495 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, COL14A1, and FBLN1. Each is linked with SLIT3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT3-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
