SLIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20B, BCCIP, and NDUFC1. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF20B grouped by SLIT2-low versus SLIT2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
