SLFN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MX2, IFI16, and OAS2. Each is linked with SLFN5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN5-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLFN5 versus MX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
