Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLFN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,971 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, and Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLFN5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN5-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN5 results are reported.
