SLF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,882 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R1A, TBC1D17, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with SLF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLF2-to-partner and partner-to-SLF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLF2 versus PPP2R1A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
