Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,629 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromatin looping, Protein localization to site of double-strand break, and Positive regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SLF2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLF2-to-partner and partner-to-SLF2 results are reported.
