Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, HAT1, and NASP. Each is linked with SLF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLF1 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
