Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,468 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with SLF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLF1-to-partner and partner-to-SLF1 results are reported.
