SLCO4C1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO4C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO4C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2IRD1, GUF1, and CENPH. Each is linked with SLCO4C1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO4C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO4C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2IRD1 grouped by SLCO4C1-low versus SLCO4C1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO4C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO4C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
