SLCO2B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,930 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO2B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, PLEKHO2, and WIPF1. Each is linked with SLCO2B1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO2B1 versus MYO1G in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
