Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO1B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,064 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLCO1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPH1, LDLRAP1, and DACT3-AS1. Each is linked with SLCO1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1B1 versus JPH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
