Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,353 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO1B7, SLCO1B3, and CFAP54. Each is linked with SLCO1B1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1B1 results are reported.
