SLCO1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC6, LCE3D, and HEPACAM. Each is linked with SLCO1A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC6 grouped by SLCO1A2-low versus SLCO1A2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
