SLC9A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC9A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,476 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC9A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Positive regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration, and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC9A7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by SLC9A7-low versus SLC9A7-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC9A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC9A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
