The most reproducible SLC9A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L18, SEPTIN3, and BAG2. Each is linked with SLC9A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC9A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC9A1 results are reported.
