Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC8B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,676 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC8B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane potential, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Calcium export from the mitochondrion. Each is linked with SLC8B1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8B1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8B1 results are reported.
