Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC8A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC8A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, NEDD8, and NGDN. Each is linked with SLC8A3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A3 results are reported.
