Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC8A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC8A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, IL9, and OOSP4B. Each is linked with SLC8A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A2 results are reported.
