The most reproducible SLC8A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVL, PRKCB, and RTN1. Each is linked with SLC8A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC8A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC8A1 results are reported.
