The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SLC7A6OS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC7A6OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SLC7A6OS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
