The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SLC7A6OS mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC7A6OS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where SLC7A6OS mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
