Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL658P, MIR6780A, and RN7SL321P. Each is linked with SLC7A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL658P grouped by SLC7A5-low versus SLC7A5-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
