Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SLC7A3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A3 results are reported.
