SLC7A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,078 significant associations in total. KICH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRL, MTUS1, and LIFR. Each is linked with SLC7A2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A2 versus PDGFRL in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
