SLC7A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAAL1, RIC8A, and GLRX5. Each is linked with SLC7A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAAL1 grouped by SLC7A2-low versus SLC7A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
