Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,917 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA modification, Folic acid transport, and Protein insertion into mitochondrial membrane. Each is linked with SLC7A2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A2 results are reported.
