Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF12, OR4C12, and SCN2A. Each is linked with SLC7A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A2 results are reported.
