Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, TMOD2, and SORBS1. Each is linked with SLC7A14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A14 versus PPP1R12B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
