Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,283 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMBP, FTH1P1, and RPL7AP61. Each is linked with SLC7A14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A14 versus DNMBP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
