Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 646 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with SLC7A14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A14 results are reported.
