SLC7A14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, GHRH, and NLRP8. Each is linked with SLC7A14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A14-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by SLC7A14-low versus SLC7A14-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
