The most reproducible SLC7A13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1, UBR7, and CRTC3_S329. Each is linked with SLC7A13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A13-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A13 results are reported.
