Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC7A11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC7A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A11-AS1, CD40, and SELENOI. Each is linked with SLC7A11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A11 versus SLC7A11-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC7A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC7A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
