Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC7A11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,219 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC7A11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-cystine transport, Lysosomal lumen pH elevation, and L-glutamate import. Each is linked with SLC7A11 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC7A11-to-partner and partner-to-SLC7A11 results are reported.
