Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC6A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,474 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC6A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycine import across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of heme biosynthetic process, and Regulation of tetrapyrrole metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC6A9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A9 results are reported.
